Arubanway
Our story

Born here. Built for the back roads.

Arubanway started with one beat-up Jeep and a simple idea: show people the Aruba that lives beyond the resort strip.

How it started

One Jeep, a tank of gas, and a hunch

Back in 2018, founder Dario was driving cousins and curious tourists out to his favorite hidden beaches on weekends — just for the love of it. Word got around. The cousins turned into a waitlist, the one Jeep turned into a small fleet, and Arubanway was born.

Today we're a fully Aruban-owned outfit, but the spirit hasn't changed a bit. We still run small, we still take the long way around, and we still pull over whenever the water's too blue to drive past.

The guides

The people in the driver's seat

Every Arubanway guide grew up on this island — surfing the north coast, exploring Arikok and learning the trails the way locals do. They're storytellers, swimmers and certified in first aid, and they genuinely love showing off home.

Ask them anything: where the iguanas hide, which cave the divi-divi legends come from, or the best spot for a sunset photo. The history, the wildlife, the gossip — it all comes with the ride.
